China Exports 2×40Ton Single-Stage Reverse Osmosis Equipment to Boost Modern Agricultural Irrigation in Belarus

Recently, two sets of 40m³/h single-stage reverse osmosis water treatment equipment manufactured by Chuanyi Water Treatment have been successfully exported to Belarus, specially applied for large-scale agricultural irrigation water purification to support local water-saving and high-efficiency agriculture. The total water production capacity reaches 80m³/h with standardized core configurations adapted to Eastern European outdoor agricultural water treatment conditions. Each unit is equipped with 40 pieces of 8040 anti-pollution RO membrane elements, achieving a stable desalination rate of over 98% and a water recovery rate of 75%–80%. It effectively intercepts sediment, colloid, soluble salts and harmful impurities, solving local irrigation water quality problems such as high salinity and unstable water quality. Adopting 380V/50Hz industrial power supply with a single unit rated power of 44.5KW and a variable-frequency high-pressure water supply system, the equipment realizes energy-saving operation with adjustable load. The integrated skid-mounted structure and fully automatic intelligent control system support automatic flushing, water shortage protection and fault alarm. With IP54 electrical protection grade, it adapts to Belarus’ low temperature and large temperature difference outdoor environment. Compliant with EAC certification standards, the equipment undergoes strict commissioning and anti-vibration, anti-corrosion packaging, enabling rapid on-site operation to supply qualified irrigation water, optimize soil conditions and increase crop yields.
