Recently, Chuanyi Water Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. exported one set of 108T single-stage reverse osmosis equipment and one set of 110T water softener equipment to Mongolia.
The two sets of equipment will be used for water treatment in the local collagen and sausage casing production processes. The 108T single-stage reverse osmosis equipment can effectively remove impurities such as suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms, heavy metal ions and dissolved organic matter from water, producing pure and stable process water that meets the strict requirements for water purity in collagen production.
The 110T water softener equipment can reduce the content of calcium and magnesium ions in raw water, preventing problems such as blockage and corrosion of production equipment and pipelines caused by scaling. At the same time, the softened water can reduce process interference caused by hard water in sausage casing production, ensuring the continuity of sausage casing processing and the stability of product quality.
