Recently, Shandong Chuanyi Water Treatment finished container loading of customized 10 tons per hour integrated double-stage reverse osmosis plus EDI ultrapure water equipment. The complete water purification system has been delivered to an industrial project site in Turkmenistan.
The core exported units include double-stage RO reverse osmosis mainframe, EDI ultrapure water modules, stainless steel sterile water tanks, precision pretreatment filter assemblies, high-pressure UPVC pipelines and metering dosing systems. The whole equipment adopts an integrated full 304 stainless steel frame. It combines two-stage reverse osmosis desalination with EDI continuous electrodeionization technology, which requires no chemical regeneration and steadily produces high-purity ultrapure water of 15MΩ·cm, perfectly matching high-purity water working conditions for local fine chemical and electronic manufacturing industries.
All equipment is loaded in separate zones in line with ocean shipping standards. Membrane elements, electric control systems, filter media, chemical agents and installation accessories are stored separately inside containers. Cross tension belts are used for secure fixation, and full wrapping film is applied for anti-corrosion and moisture-proof protection. Two mobile cranes jointly complete container hoisting to avoid collision and damage during long-distance ocean transportation.
This full set of water treatment equipment features high automation. It is equipped with real-time online monitoring modules for conductivity and resistivity, supporting remote monitoring of water quality and operating pressure. It has low energy consumption and low daily maintenance costs. Leveraging mature water purification manufacturing technology, this series of double-stage RO & EDI equipment has been exported in bulk to various Central Asian countries, providing stable localized industrial high-purity water treatment solutions for overseas clients.
