Barrel bottle filling line
The bottled water production line is an efficient and automated production equipment used for producing bottled drinking water.
workflow
1. Raw water pretreatment
Turn on the raw water pump and send the raw water to pre-treatment equipment such as sand filters and activated carbon filters to remove impurities and odors from the water.
2. Reverse osmosis treatment
The pre treated water enters the reverse osmosis system and is pressurized by a high-pressure pump to allow water molecules to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, resulting in purified water.
3. Ozone sterilization
Send purified water into an ozone contact tank and sterilize it using ozone generated by an ozone generator.
4. Filling and sealing
Purified water is transported to the filling machine through pipelines, and empty buckets are sent to the filling machine through conveyor belts for filling. After filling, the bottled water enters the capping machine for capping.
5. Lamp inspection and labeling
The sealed bottled water enters the lamp inspection machine for lamp inspection to check whether the water quality is clear and transparent. After passing the inspection, the label will be affixed using a labeling machine.
6. Finished product transportation and palletizing
The labeled bottled water is transported by conveyor belt to the finished product area, where it is palletized by a palletizer for transportation and storage.
PET bottle filling line
The PET bottle filling line mainly consists of the following key parts: water treatment equipment, bottle forming equipment, filling machine, sealing machine, labeling machine, and packaging machine. Each part has its unique function and role, working together to ensure the production of high-quality drinking water products.
Workflow
1. Water source intake: Pre treated and deeply treated by water treatment equipment to ensure that the water quality meets drinking water standards.
2. Bottle molding: The preform is processed into the desired bottle shape through bottle blowing technology.
3. Filling: The processed water is filled into clean empty bottles through a filling machine.
4. Sealing: The filled bottles are sealed by a sealing machine to ensure sealing.
5. Labeling: The sealed bottle enters the labeling machine and is labeled with relevant labels.
6. Packaging: Finally, pack or box the items to prepare for shipment
