Recently, the 10m³/h reverse osmosis (RO) equipment manufactured by Shandong Chuanyi Water Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. was exported to the Philippines. This equipment will be used in the cleaning water project of a local semiconductor manufacturing enterprise.
Adopting the double-stage RO + EDI (Electrodeionization) process, the equipment boasts a water production capacity of ≥10m³/h (at 25℃) and a desalination rate of over 99%, with the produced water quality meeting the electronic-grade ultrapure water standards. Through multi-stage filtration and ion removal, the double-stage reverse osmosis technology can continuously supply ultrapure water that meets the requirements, satisfying the high reliability demand for water quality in semiconductor factories.
