Project Process of High-quality Water Treatment Systems

Project Initiation
1. Our technicians collect the key information of the client’s project, have a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s project information, equipment use, raw water situation, equipment power, budget etc.
2. Our design team customize the first version of the water treatment system scheme according to the key information of the customer’s project.
3. A project plan is formulated. After being approved by the company’s management, the project is officially initiated, and a professional project team consisting of project managers, engineers is assembled.

Project Design
1. The design team preliminarily plans the water treatment system architecture based on customer requirements and preliminary assessment, determining the main processes, equipment layout, and flow.
2. Refine system functions, specify equipment specifications, draw up drawings, and compile technical documents.
3. If there are new technology needs or improvement requirements, the R&D team starts work simultaneously.
4. Organize multiple rounds of reviews by in – house experts to optimize the design plan.

Project Production
1. The production workshop manufactures according to design and process standards. Raw materials are strictly inspected, and multiple – stage quality checks are carried out to ensure equipment accuracy and performance.
2. A professional quality inspection team conducts comprehensive tests in line with standards, and key equipment undergoes simulated operation tests.

Project Installation
1. Prior to construction, the team conducts on – site surveys, communicates and coordinates with the client, handles formalities, sets up temporary facilities, and completes “three connections and one leveling” (i.e., connection of water supply, power supply, and road access, and site leveling).
2. Select the transportation method according to the scale of the equipment. Special reinforcement is carried out for large-scale equipment. After the equipment arrives on-site, it is stored according to the plan, and protective measures are well implemented.
3. The installation team constructs in accordance with regulations, sets quality control points for monitoring, inspects upon the completion of each process, and holds regular quality meetings to solve problems.

System Acceptance
1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, prepare materials, formulate a commissioning plan, and conduct briefing and training for the personnel.
2. Commission the equipment one by one to ensure normal operation.
3. After the single – machine test is qualified, start the equipment according to the process, adjust the parameters to ensure the stability of the system and the compliance of water quality, and test the automatic control function.
4. After the commissioning is completed, organize the acceptance. Once it meets the standards, deliver the equipment and provide training and support.

After-sales Service
