Single stage RO
Raw water (tap water , surface water and ground water) flows through Pre-treating system, ultra filter, then goes to RO unit by high pressure pump and get product water,this is called single RO , applies to water conductivity under 500μs/cm,output water conductivity is below 10μs/cm

Double stage RO
Raw water (tap water ,surface water and ground water) flows through pre-treating system and ultra filter, be pushed into first stage RO unit by first stage HP pump , out pure put water (in middle tank) will be pushed into second stage RO unit again by second stage HP pump , then get pure water. This is called double stage RO , applies to water conductivity over 500 μs/cm output water conductivity is 1-10 μs/cm

UF membrane
In the membrane separation technology, the filtration membrane with micro pore diameter between 0.002-0.1μm is called untrafiltraion membrane.Generally ,the volume of colloid is ≥0.1μm, latex is ≥0.5μm
,bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus are ≥0.2μm,suspend solids and particles are more than 5μm, therefor ultrafiltration membrane can filter out bacteria ,colloids ,suspended solids, proteins and other macro molecular substances in the solution.

Application range:
Ultrafiltration is commonly used to produce mineral water and mountain spring water. It is a process that uses pressure as a driving force to separate impurities in liquids using ultrafiltration membranes with different pore sizes. Suitable for drinking mineral water, mountain spring water, industrial ultrafiltration water, and can also be used for pre-treatment of purified water equipment.

Water softener system
Working principle:
When raw water containing hardness ions passes through the sodium type resin in the exchange tank, Ca2+and Mg2+in the water are exchanged and adsorbed by the Na+in the resin, removing Ca2+and Mg2+to remove carbonate or non carbonate hardness, which is softened water. After the resin adsorbs a certain amount of Ca2+and Mg2+, regeneration must be carried out, which is to rinse the resin layer with salt water in the salt tank. The Na+in saltwater replaces the hardness ions on the resin with water, and is discharged from the tank with the regeneration solution to restore the resin exchange capacity and continue softening the water production.
Formation:
The water softener consists of three main parts: a resin tank, a hydraulic control valve, and a salt tank. The two turbines inside the hydraulic control valve, driven by water flow, respectively drive two sets of gears, cleverly driving the opening and closing of valves in different channels according to changes in cumulative flow rate, automatically completing the circulation process of the water softener, regeneration, cleaning, drainage, and salt tank replenishment, and automatically switching between the two tanks, one in use and one backup, ensuring uninterrupted supply of soft water.
